Privacy notice

This notice explains what we do with the details you give us through this website. We keep it simple: we use them to reply to you, and that's it.

Who we are

Fox Fencing Ltd, Hill Farm, Bootle Station, Millom, Cumbria LA19 5XH. Registered in England & Wales, company no. 05395201. Contact us on 07785 528631 or foxfencingltd@hotmail.com.

What we collect

When you use the price request form we receive your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), your postcode, your message and any files you attach.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, price your order and arrange collection or delivery. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (answering a request you made) and, if you go ahead, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

Who sees it

Only us. The form is sent by email using our website host (Cloudflare) and email delivery provider (Resend). We never sell or share your details for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. If you become a customer we keep order records for as long as we need to for accounts and tax (usually 6 years).

Cookies

This website doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Just contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
